A Brain Care Wellness Massage is a new form of relaxation massage that helps to Detox your body and reduce fatigue. It focuses on the scalp, face, head, neck, shoulders, upper back and upper arms which are important energy centers within the body. This form of massage is very relaxing and has a balancing effect.

Working with a firm and gentle rhythm it helps to relieve muscular discomfort and tension as well as calming the spirit and aiding relaxation, it also improves circulation in the head, enhances the senses and promotes clear thinking.

It begins with the shoulder, where a combination of aroma massage and pressure points help to relax the muscles and to loosen and melt knots. Moving through the shoulders and upper arms the treatment further releases the common spots for holding stress and tension. We next work deeply into the neck where tension accumulates. Moving up to the scalp, techniques are used that stimulate, relax and revive the whole of the head, increasing circulation and gently stimulating the Brain.

It is done over the clothing in a seated position or lying down, using special oils and creams imported from China and Korea.
